One-to-one therapy is tailored to the unique needs of the individual and may involve various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches. The primary focus is on personal growth, self-discovery, and creating positive changes in the individual's life.

Exam stress, relationship issues, parental conflict, peer issues, poor sibling relationship, each of these are treated under non-judgmental space. The primary focus is on personal growth, self-discovery, and creating positive changes in the individual's life.

Couple therapy typically involves both partners attending sessions together, but individual sessions may also be included when necessary. Couple Therapy facilitates constructive communication and guiding the couple toward positive changes in their relationship. The ultimate goal is to help the couple build a stronger, healthier, and more satisfying relationship.
